Is the microphone the circle near driver left side head? It just pops out or need tool?

Same issue with XLT FX4. I was told when on Bluetooth that I sounded like I was in a convertible with top down. Then I had my wife drive and call me and it sounded terrible. Any fix yet?

With the FX4 package, I read on a post that you can use slippery mode to closely mimic the Eco mode as far as lower gearing. Does this hold true and would the slippery mode cause damage using on dry pavement? The only modes that the Manual say not to use on dry surfaces is sand and mud/ruts.

So the ford tracker still says order confirmed. When I emailed dealer he said the scheduled build date is week of March 3rd with delivery around April 4th. I still can’t view window sticker. Is it possible the ford tracker is wrong. eco/xlt/lux/360/Fx4 orderd 12-11-22
