Got my shipped email last Weds. called Ford ordering customer Service yesterday and found out it had made its way to Nogales, AZ. Supposed to be here 3/27-4/2. What dealership are you using?

Ok, new email Production date updated. If you’re keeping score, original 3/7 then 4/4, then 3/21 and now - drum roll - 3/14. At least it’s in a good direction. Fingers crossed

Mine was a Thurs for March 7, then a Th for April 4 and tonight March 21. I’m confused but patient🤪

im thinking COVID issues with employees up and down the chain but it’s just an hypothesis.

My scheduled date last week was March 7 and now April 4. At least we got an email now instead of a surprise email on March 7

I may be wrong, but I think this was the first week of scheduling since 3 weeks ago. Hang in there. My July 19 (day I received the Ford confirmed email) order is still floating in the atmosphere somewhere too.

It just says the week of the 10th. They send out emails on Thursdays, so there is hope for the 13th.

I hope your right. My dealer told me I went from 19 to 2 the week before Christmas. Fingers crossed
