Yeah, I’m hoping they’ll have a Maverick specific kit that’ll basically plug and play. If not, I doubt it’ll be horrible given the truck already has locking wiring back there, but it won’t be trivial.

Anyone figured out what’s needed to do a power lock on the factory SnugTop? Looks like they have a couple options on their website that probably work, but they aren’t completely clear. I’ve submitted a question through their contact-us link, but figured I’d ask here in case someone already...
I’m pretty sure built means built. They’ve also been giving about 5 week delivery times and actual delivery times are all over the map, though few are shorter than about three weeks. Mine said five weeks (with a final target of 2/15 that actually never did change once it was assigned that way)...

Mine shipped on 1/8 and was delivered yesterday to my dealer in Asheboro, NC. The estimate in the tracker all along was 2/15, so it was “early”, if you consider taking 4.5 weeks to make it from Mexico to NC “early.”

You’re in Canada, not Outer Mongolia. Buy the truck and then order a top from the closest US dealer and drive over and get it. Doesn’t seem like that would be that hard….
I know the owner of my dealership and placed my order directly with him. He said he confirmed a couple times that my email is correct on my order (placed 7/12/21), but I’m in the camp that’s never received any email from Ford, either. And it’s definitely not in my spam folder as I’ve check that...
Oh, and as for the “call somebody”, there’s nobody to call that’s going to do anything about it. Ford doesn’t care. If you have something in writing from your dealer that they’d sell to you at MSRP then you could try to argue and/or maybe get a letter from a lawyer or something, but at the end...
I mean they’re marking it up. If it’s worth that to you to have it now, pay it. If it’s not, walk away. Seems simple. If I thought I had a deal at MSRP and when it finally arrived they marked it up, I’d walk. But you do you.
My Hybrid was completed that same day. My shipping estimate has said Feb 15 since the beginning and still no sign of it (headed to NC). Waiting on the shipping is *nearly* as bad as waiting on the build (my order was 7/12).
