I talk to my dealer about this very thing and he said there no way the whole seller are making money. He thinking they are doing it at a loss to try to drive out competition. Told me they sold a bronco sport for 13k over msrp at auction the other day.
I would guess most of us agree there had been piss poor communication from ford. Not just to us but also ford to dealer. My truck has been setting in chicago for three weeks tomorrow. 3 hours from me. Dealer text me two and half weeks ago ot at the last stop we can get hyped now...they are mad...
I could see that maverick brand be the cheaper enterly level truck suv etc...broncos being the out road suv, trucks, then mustangs. Then have the bigger suvs.
Mine has been stuck at the chicago railyard for going on three weeks now. I haven't had a pushed eta yet but it crazy. It like 3 hours away and there nothing the dealership can do...they are an excited to get as I am since it is the first one they will get...I also found out the dealerships...
There is at least 1 eco boast there. (mine) been there since the 29th. My paper I got yesterday from dealer said 12/10 start-im guess beginning of delivery window and end 12/16.
nope. Just hanging out. I was at dealerhsip today meeting my sales guy then when and got a print out of my shipping stuff. I am the first one they will be getting so they are excited to promote it and drive it to fill it up with gas.
I read an article last spring that said the trucking getting bigger was on purpose to create room for a new small truck....so it was planned ford just bear everyone to the punch.
Mine has been in chicago since tuesday....waiting to finish the last lag 3.5 hours south to my dealership. Talking to my dealer they said they have no clue it is coming until it shows up.
if you live in a sale taxes state you have to pay sales tax on it...and it would also count as income so you would pay income tax on it as well. (this i believe is all done at tax time.)
