I too ordered FWD with 4k tow package (6-22-21). Dealer originally said all ok because it was ordered "before" the change. At my request he emailed his zone MGR to clarify the matter. He reported back that my choice was add FWD or drop the 4k tow package. Didn't want awd but did want 4k....now...

My question my not be clear. I'm referring to someone from the dealership where your order was been placed contacting you.

How many of us have had dealers reach out to us to help expedite or orders? As an example, if a sray in bed liner will delay your schedule, did you get a call or an email from from you dealer?

don't need AWD don't need AWD and the additional cost. FWD gets better gas mileage.

Ok Peeps..... just been informed by my dealer.. NO FWD 4K Tow will be built. This info is because of this very informative forum. Lookin toward 2022 Ridgeline after been a loyal Ford owner for many years.

Just spoke with my dealership's sales manager. He said all is good and if it wasn't FORD would notify him. He further stated he has a FWD/4K scheduled with a VIN.

Now you're sounding like my wife! Refresh my memory regarding what your asking for.
