Twice I've experiment with 93 octane for a month, same fuel mileage, same everything, didn't notice no difference except in the wallet, maybe just maybe (if I wasn't imagining it) the throttle response might of been just slightly more responsive, but it was not enough to justify the cost, maybe...

You don't need to explain yourself why you got rid of your Maverick, I'm a (or was) Ford fan boy but let's face it the Maverick seems to be turning out to be cheap no good quality, way too many issues people are reporting and mine sounded like (just only a couple of days a purchase) like a 30...
Started out with 87 first month switched to 93 next couple of months, then to 91, now back to 87. I never noticed any difference in power, mpg, or never had the shudder vibration issue, maybe summer time will be different since the book says 93 is better for towing,( I don't tow) and in summer...
After a couple of oil changes they already had stripped a couple of the screws (cheap plastic clips that strip out easy) and couple more were loose and was rattleing a little all with only 4k so i just took it off. this car is not made for off road so i dont go off road, or live in an area...
That's exactly what I'm going to do next week take in a independent shop that has good reviews, close to where I work, I don't have to leave it there for days they will look at it for free they said even though I told them it's probably a warranty. But I will have it documented. Best I can...
I wish mine would get totalled, it's the worst car I ever owned, love the size and the looks, but it sounds like the bottom is going to fall out, and of course the normal dealership story is that we can't find anything wrong, I know what bad struts sound like and I'm pretty positive it's that or...
I change my first oil at 800 miles with motor craft full synthetic and oil filter, change again at 2600 with Amsoil signature series and oil filter and will change both every 5k here on our. I will also have my transmission fluid drained and add every year.
I hope Ford figured it out so no one who buys a new (no matter what the price is) doesnt have to go through that, now that i chased most of my inside rattles, i have some comming from underneat the truck, struts are loud, and other loud rattle sound like the bottom is going to fall out, what...
I shoved two of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09HH3H3RC?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
betwwen the windsheild and dash and also put between the dash and the A Pillers left and right and that shut down most of the large rattles.
hope this helps you if you try it.
ive read that manufactures make OEM tires that are not the same as the regular tires that you buy aftermarket, and they are cheaper than non oem, it you go to tire place place and look up your tire sometinmes you will find two differant versions of the same tire and one will say oem with less...
i had it under the back seat but with all the other stuff i have under the seat on long trips it would overheat, so i moved it behind the back seat and mounted it to that butteryfly looking metal braket for better ventalation, so far so good, i does sound good but i think it sounded a little bit...
