I chose the Maverick because I've never owned a truck and I'm ready to have one. I always have fond memories of my Dad's Blue Might Max. That navy interior. When the Maverick was released and I saw the interior trim it just reminded me of that little ol' truck. So I really wanted one. Of course...
I went with XLT as I really wanted the Tremor package. My father just looked at me when I told him and all he had to say was: "You know all terrain tires wear quicker on the road."
Stop trying to control me, DAD! :ROFLMAO:
Cactus Gray, XLT Tremor pckg, lux, moonroof, manual rear window...
So just throwing this out there. With that appearance package you get a carbonized gray roof. Did you think about how that would look in contrast to the Atlas Blue Metallic?
I got to test drive an ecoboost the day I ordered my 23. It was nice and had pep. Throttle lag like other vehicles but not as pronounced. That was nice to be able to feel it accelerate when I want it to instead of a rubber band reaction I got with my Corolla.
I had my email come on Saturday but only now could try update it to tremor so I don’t expect another one from Ford. Just the dealer sending the order sheet to me.
My guy just gave me a call to confirm color. Thought cactus gray was the only thing that would look decent with the orange accents.

After really paying attention to the small amount of videos available on Youtube of people already engaging in these projects I'm taken aback at the front door area where you have a plastic window track just hogging up all the space in the 6.5 area. That could potentially limit what you can...
Ah something to ask. Since the rear doors have no speaker is there any advantage in deadening those rear doors? In an aftermarket set up with subwoofer applications I could see deadening the plastic trim where it is most thin but not the actual interior door as I would typically do.
I’m curious regarding tweeter writing. It’s been establish the standard audio has the front door woofers and tweeters wired in parallel.
in my previous audio experience with Toyota their tweeters typical have a clip with incoming and outgoing wires. One send audio to the tweeter and the other...
Yeah. My guy in west Indy tried this morning. No dice. He’ll keep trying until the dealership closes. I’ve got a back up preferred set up for them to enter eod of the tremor option never becomes available.
his attempt was at 10:00 eastern
