If any of you with standard ecoboost just use the tremor axles , a viable upgrade , hybrid your on your own to find a company to make an upgrade .
Stock axles are about $300 for both and just over $400 for the Tremor axles.plus install , unless you do it yourself .

there is balls with sockets (3) on standard awd cv’s, but the tremors have a thicker shaft,socket and higher ball count ( more surface area).
now if you stripped the splines at the trans side it was not properly installed, if the outboard spline stripped to the knuckle it was not...
I have a livernois , my cal , with 4 tunes : towing performance, 87 performance, 91 performance , e30 performance ( mix of e85 and 91 fuels).
Generally use 91 performance unless , going on long trips , switch to 87 performance then .
Way better shift points and gear holding it seems.but...

It is really more of a 7 speed because ( i think) 2nd or 3rd is skipped over with the factory programming in about 95% of load conditions , except i think during decell on tow mode and a few other areas .

Yeah found out both livernois and buschur use their own file tune with 4 th gear hold and advance trac off , along with the other tune settings .
