i would recommend you go in person. My dealer didn’t know about the memo until I spoke with them. We then looked at it together and modified my order together. He even laughed and said he should probably call the other hybrid orders and ask if they would like to switch based on that memo.

Went to make changes today from the xl hybrid to an xlt tremor. No go as the system didn’t appear to allow this change. Instead ended up changing only the engine on my xl to an ecoboost. That’ll work I suppose. Curious if anyone was ever able to add the tremor package since this memo went out .
