Yes. Go to Settings > General > Carplay > Ford Maverick > Customize. from there you can add or remove or reorder apps on the Carplay screen.

Here you go. It's "fine." Install was a little fussy as the screws you see there that connect/adjust the verticals are a bit short suuch that they have to be loosened to about the final thread to allow the plate to slide through the T-slot. but once on, it's working really well and I like it...
