ššRANGER TURBO HOW TOšš
A few of you have asked so Iāll lay it out here. We can all thank Dueces for pioneering the Corsair 2.3 turbo upgrade a while back. At the time he tried a Ranger 2.3 turbo (Also found in the 2.3 Explorer) and found that although it bolted up to the head, the downpipe...
This downpipe will only work with a 2.3 Ranger turbo which is 46mm as apposed to the stock 41mm turbo. So not only are you gaining from the downpipe but the larger turbo.
Iām not going to throw out numbers without dynos to back it up but the turbo upgrade and downpipe should be good for at...
Proud to present the competed production style Ranger downpipe. These are in stock and ready to ship.
The stock flange version will be available in 2-3 weeks and will also be in stock.
The days of waiting 2-3-4 months for my original builder to make 1 are over. I donāt care what anyone says...
Thatās always a concern when modding cars. Itās part of the hobby.š Like the saying goes āyouāre not making power unless youāre breaking partsā. All kidding aside, a good tuner is essential and even thats not a guarantee..
Regarding the blown motor, I have my 2.0 spare motor which I plan to...
Thereās virtually no lag at all since both turbos retain the stock exhaust wheel. To your point, the Trans is really sluggish when not in sport mode.
Since you messaged me that Iām spreading false information by saying āForscan doesnāt work on 2024sā, i believe you are spreading false information. Iād love to see where I said that.
In my search I found this thread. What have I done to lose your trust?
I did it when I swapped the motor but definitely from the bottom. The book calls for you to drop the cradle but I just removed the transfer case and thereās plenty of room. Iād imagine a FWD would be much easier.
Just a reminder that I offer 2 turbo upgrades for the stock downpipe and an aggressively priced Ranger turbo package.
The stock 2.0 turbo is a tiny 41/55 Compressor wheel. The stock 2.3 turbo found on the Corsair, Ranger, or Explorer are 46/61.
The 2.0 based CTR50 features a 49.5/67 Billet...
Hello! Sorry if I didnāt get back to you sooner. They are in stock and started shipping last week with more shipping daily. Iāll send you tracking once it ships out. Feel free to PM me and Iāll give you my cell phone. Thanks
Hi Ken. Thanks for the order.
Itās the Velossa Tech dual inlets which feed the S&B scoop. Iām a dealer for both if youāre interested. Thanks š
Yes he is very, very good. If you think this is nice, his Lambo twin turbo kits will blow you away.
Yes the bracket you see is the OEM bracket which has rubber isolators.
Iāve been working on this project for a while and itās finally on the ground. My truck has a Ranger CTR57 and rough downpipe but finally had the production style prototype built.
Similar design to our stock flange 304 but wait time will no longer be 2-3 months or more. 3 inch 304 SS with...
Personally I find them comfortable. They fit snug but not too tight. It changes the driving experience drastically and keeps you from sliding around on the turns. The seats, digital cluster, and flat bottom wheel with paddle shifters transformed it from a pest control truck to a little race...
I checked with my supplier and he said about 2 weeks before the next batch arrives.
