That would be my fear also. I know some dealers would do it as they were instructed by Ford. Others would try to do whatever they wanted. With the covp orders in place, it sure seems like Ford could prioritize the orders themselves. I agree, many dealers can not be trusted on their own accord.

Probably the best for you. I like my eco but don't get the mileage that many are saying. I get 29 on the freeway and 22 around town. I always drive in eco mode and am not driving it hard. Having said that, I have a 23 hybrid order and we will see about values when that time comes.

When I was tracking mine I talked with Ford customer service and they gave me the car number that started out in Mexico. The car number stayed the same when it was turned over after it crossed the border. I don't know if that's always the case, but it was with mine.
