I brought it in to dealer who said "thats a hybrid". I presented a copy of the TSB and the dealer said it didn't apply to my vin#. Test drove it and experienced complaint.
Now how does a product under warranty, experiencing a fault acknowled by Ford, not get fixed by Ford...
When I receive my truck back from updates, the instrument cluster is where the tech left it: not me.
So...I spend a few minutes putting it all back where I like it.

I replaced a Frontier that a dump truck could turn tighter. Also, if I attempted to depress the accelerator it made a lot of noise, but didn't accelerate. Old guy-crappy truck=dangerous combo.

If my Maverick is still under warranty and displays the same issue as a number of other Mavericks, then how can Ford fix some with issue and not all with issue?

I understand your frustration and encourage you to return to the products you have confidence in. Many threads suggest a weak dealership..who cares. To us, the customer, the dealership IS Ford and Ford should care .
I have a '23XLT, with grabby breaks. I go to the dealer hoping for the TSB...
Next time...call Ford Roadside Assistance. It may be faster than the dealer, maybe not.
But, you will have logged into the system and registered a claim (tow) under warranty
