There’s a lot of hype on oil, they all seem to think they are the best. I’m not even sure about synthetic oil even thought I use it in the Lexus. My old 2002 F250, 7.3 diesel has never seen a drop of synthetic and I use whatever diesel oil happens to be on sale. Change every 5000 and chugs...

My 02 F250, snug em, then tighten, then tighten again. All with my Earthquake battery impact. I do use a torque wrench on the Lexus since it needs only 80 ft lbs.
If the dealer did everything correctly including your email, you should have received an email from Ford within a couple of days of submission by the dealer.
The ebay one is double the price from the manufacture. Same model number. Even though the order form says 4-5 weeks, mine came in 3 days.

There’s so many variables that contribute to mpg. Altitude, fuel blend, driving habits, urban vs rural, speed, tire inflation, use of cruise control, cargo. That’s why manufacturers say your mileage may vary.
