Did you also both call the Ford 1-800 number to ask about a VIN as they are not sending emails? Seems like many June, July and August orders are now receiving VINs, but mine is a bare bones XLT, so maybe that has something to do with it?

It will show up like this after you put in your order number and vin. It won't show your build date as only Ford or your dealer can tell you that. You'll also have to wait about a week before your build date to receive your window sticker.
Oh, and your dealer or Ford should be able to tell you your build date. It won't show up in the tracker. It did show up in the emails, but don't think those are coming anymore.
Same situation with vin and build date for 5/2. I contacted my dealer who was able to verify in writing what the Ford rep told me about the date. Im not holding my breath for any emails as it seems like no one is getting them.

Yep, me too. July 21st order, received VIN from customer service yesterday and a May 2nd build date. Seems like they don't want to send emails anymore. Maybe because we are all complaining so much about them?
That is nuts. The truck cannot go into production without a vin. Keep calling Ford customer service until you get the right person to give you the vin.

My dealer didn't have it. Had to call the 1-800 Ford customer service number to get it. It should show up in the dealers system within a few days if you did get a VIN. Ford is being passive aggressive with us by not sending the emails, though I'm sure many of you have vins especially if you are...
I also called Ford today since no emails have been received (ordered July 21). They told me I have a VIN and scheduled date of May 2nd. I encourage all of you (especially June thru August) to call the 1-800 Ford number as the rep even said something is not working right with the emails.
