Depends how you wire it the mirror if you wire the homelink portion to battery power yes, if you wire it to accessory power no. I wired both I installed to accessory power so the homelink buttons only have power with the key in the ignition and turned to on or run.
On my 24 I tap them at the connector to the ACM behind the HVAC controls. For your 25 I'm not sure if it's in the exact location since there's no longer HVAC controls.

Personally, I would have removed the dash cubby tray in front of the radio and placed the LED in between the cubby and where the center speaker is on lariat's. For better visibility of it at night.

In my opinion, you'd be better buying a shallow mount 10-in subwoofer and either a custom-made box or building one yourself. Then installing a mono amp on your rear wall behind the rear seat.
