This. I had to reset the system in my 2020 sonata and it resolved it’s issues.

Had this happen in my 2020 Hyundai Sonata. I had to do two things and it was fixed for good afterwards: 1. Reset network settings on iphone 2. Reset settings on the vehicle it was working fine and then did as you described.

I called Ford and they were able to confirm it. Apparently, according to the nice lady, their email system is a mess.
