My Dealership and I considered that but it's one of those things where we just don't want to mess with things. If I had known more going into the order about ordering the Tonneau on the side and installing it after I should have. But what is done is done. At the time my Jeep Renegade was having...
I ordered my Hybrid XLT Lux (included SIBL), Co-Pilot 360, Hard tri-fold tonneau cover and some other add ons and received my initial confirmation on Oct 11.
With the round of e-mails to Dealers to consult with customers that listed 10 things to review and change earlier, NOT A SINGLE specific...
Tim thank you got the video it was helpful!
I however, am still in a tad of a conundrum. On October 11th I ordered a hybrid with XLT Luxury (with the Spray in Bed liner), Co-pilot 360, and hard tri-fold tonneau and I am patiently waiting. I did receive my order confirmation and have my print...
From the newly posted Brochure thread: https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/2022-ford-maverick-brochure-pdf.9020/
and as it looks like other owners like ccubedzx3 that has an XLT also reportedly got his to work.
just sayin……
Ahh but that site also is not up to date because in the availability on the vehicles at the bottom it does not even list the Mavericks at all.
I am beginning to think that some people in established industries don’t understand some concepts of modern media. Web publishing is a constant war of...
Well they have been changing build packages as we have been going along this process. So you cannot accurately go to the build site and see what previous build packages were. For examples being the spray in bed liners and even other features. I can only speak as to things that I researched and...
This was a selling point for me. I have projects that do come up and knowing I can haul that standard size easily makes it all worth while.
I know, I know, but an F-350 has MOAR POWAH!!! Yea, well, when my Maverick comes in I will be hauling just as much air as that F-350 for pennie’s in gas...
I am excited by this. My current 2018 Jeep Renegade is getting like 19MPG in the city where most of my driving is my work commute is about a 10-12min drive in city environment. On the highway I get around 28-29MPG with it so I really can’t wait to see this kind of savings With the Maverick.
Anyone thought of using the bed extender? With the front wheel off and forks mounted in front on a 2x4 or 2x6 beam? (Forks turned sideways?) Just a thought. It would keep the bikes in the bed and The stresses should then be on the appropriate parts of the bike frame. Just a thought.
I mean I...
My plan is the hard tri-fold tonneau cover, then I plan to do as some others have done. Cut and prep some lumber (maybe even coating it with bed liner spray) to slot in to act as compartments. Also to prep a piece of lumber for the wheel well crossbeam should you want to haul plywood sheet...
If you don’t mind losing some bed depth there is the Decked system but my concern is when they might make this for the Maverick how it might obscure the cubbie on the passenger Side and the inverter on the driver side.
it is lockable and cannot be opened when the tailgate is secured.
Here is a...
Not to discourage or criticize, my only concern is that a toolbox like that would eat into the precious bed space the Maverick does have. It is why I passed on the swing out boxes.
For me I have the hard tri-fold tonneau cover selected for mine. So I plan to have a folding crate in the bed...
Wow!
There is such a wide variety of results I cannot even begin to reliably forecast any kind of speculation with this data. We have people that order in September yet get build dates in December but people that order in July with no build dates at all.
I will just remain patient and keep an...
