I suspect that is because the official email address submitted with the original order is either the dealer or incorrect. I know that when you call Ford they ask that of you but do that update the master data base - I doubt it.

You need to call the dealership and relay the info from Ford and tell them you are looking forward to getting your 2022 Maverick. I would follow up the call with a letter sent certified receipt required. Don’t let them screw you.
