Yes been told two different things when I call them. Patience hasn’t always been easy for me but guess will have to since so many unknown factors.

I’ve tried on my work computer as well thinking was just my cell phone and the chat option is gone. Just a phone number to call. Assuming they got ambushed with too many chats and calls so had to narrow it down to only one way to communicate?

I completely understand there's a chip shortage. The only thing that I do not understand is the order people are getting their trucks. Some people that ordered two months after others with the allocations are getting theirs. Or some people are waiting almost a year to get theirs. Just seems very...

I have not done the chat because I don't see an option for asking about build dates. So do I just start the chat with one the choices and then ask about my maverick?

I didn't order a hybrid. Just a XLT FWD with a sunroof. No other constraints on my order. Had a full size tire and the dealership had me take it off my order. So in my opinion I have nothing keeping my order from being produced sooner.

I too had a truck build back in 2003. Put my order in and received emails keeping me posted and my truck was into production and delivered within a couple months. So placing this order I thought would be the same, I was definitely wrong.

I called Ford twice and got two different answers. One stating will be into production in May and it's now June. And the second stating my order is confirmed as of Dec 21' but couldn't tell me anything else. I have no constraints on my order. Just a XLT FWD with a sunroof. I asked if my order...

I've called Ford twice and have gotten two different answers to my truck. One told me that I will go into production by the end of May. And the second told me that all he can tell me is that he can see my truck has been ordered. And that he appreciates my patience waiting for my truck to go into...

That's my exact order date and still haven't received a production date as of June 16, 2022. There's no rime or reason to when people are getting their trucks build.

There may be different colors in 2023

Cactus grey is a different color and I like different but HPR stood out to me more. Glad Ford has the different colors from the norm to choose from.
