I don't baby mine and I don't have scratches either. To me, it's not hard. But I take great care of my vehicles. Had a 2011 Mitsubishi Galant that still looks and drives fantastic. So ig to each their own

I had the dealership install it. But they actually had to called Putco to figure out that the harness was the issue because the dealership could not figure out what was happening. Mine did not come with instructions. I found the instructions online as well. No issues with mine since the fix!
