I totally agree with you, it rides very firmly. I've only had mine 3 days and I noticed the Ford app says my tires are at about 39 psi. I too will try lowering that to around 35 and see if it helps. I wonder if the Bronco Sport has softer suspension that we could try? Namely the springs.

That would only work for a lariat with no heated seats (is dual zone). I believe for XL and XLT you want the kind with only the right side digital temp. Then match up the heated seats and heated steering wheel buttons. Search for 2020-2022 Escapes, I'm pretty sure.
