I went the Tractot Supply "stall matt" route-3/4" thick rubber, pebbled surface, 4'x6'-$54.00. Cut to fit bed, drop off installed on tailgate to maintain consistent loading height when open, and for non-slip surface. 2 months in, so far so good.
Dealer installed Coverking neosupreme seat covers on front sears of my XL, I installed seatbelt tether on rear seat passenger side for my Springer Spaniel, and covered rear seat with heavy cotton "CocaCola" beach blanket, Prep for drive to Jersey Shore for 4th of July weekend trip!
Been raising miniature donkeys since 1987- always nice to run across another donkey lover. Have been thinking about getting a horse, not sure I'm ready to learn ins and outs of horse care, tack, and so forth, but riding sure is a pleasure. Should probably teach a donk to pull a cart first.
Sharp looking wheels! See you are in the sunshine state- if you have the steelies, I know a guy in the great white north who would buy them to keep snow tires mounted.
Raven is a fine looking mare. I've been hauling small bales of second cut grass hay for local dairyman who supplies me with first cut for my donkeys. Loading same number of bales(15), and find my XL handles just fine. Lucky for me, farm community here, distance from my farm to farm with...
Picked up my Iconic Silver XL (2.0 EB) from dealer stock 11/19/21 - his nickname is Ike. As opposed to many other auto paints, metallic colors have many individual flecks, or "sparkles", that give visual appearance of depth, especially with clearcoat. No expert here, just my observation, but I...
Picked up my 2.0 EB on 11/19/21, 2100 miles so far. No problems at all, pleasantly surprised with MPG, handling is great. Still waiting on rear mudflaps, bedmat. Glad I made the purchase, looking forward to spring, summer fun behind the wheel.
Have not seen any on the road, but had a nice couple follow me into parking lot to check my Mav
out- they have hybrid on order, placed in July. Told me that mine was first they had seen in the wild.
Same situation here- bought my 2.0 EB XL from dealer stock last month. Rarely tow a small utility trailer, so not a big concern, but would consider adding tow hitch if reasonably priced option was
available. Thanks for bringing up topic.
Living in the snowbelt in Western New York, snow tires are required for safe driving 4-5 months of the year. Given previous good experience with Cooper snows on previous trucks and SUVs - Chevy
Silverado 4wd, Colorado 4wd, GMC S-15 rwd, and GMC Suburban 4wd, I went with 4 Cooper Evolution...
Also purchased 2.0 EB w/ FWD, live in snow belt, but wanted to save the money re: AWD, and get best mileage possible w/o waiting for hybrid. Have had several trucks with 4wd, but also some FWD cars- with reasonable driving, and appropriate tires, never an issue. Awd/fwd also usually
comes with...
Picked up my XL Mav on Fri. Purchased from dealer stock. Have bedmat and rear splashguards
on order, no ETA yet. Salesguy installed my tonneau cover as salesmanager closed sale-no ADM, staightforward transaction. I like the bedmat/tonneau combo, and so far (about 225 miles) loving
my...
Good looking truck! Thanks for the review-I'm picking up my 2.0 EB XL tomorrow-Iconic Silver. Like the silver and black look, but living near Buffalo, NY, first priority is picking up Buffalo Bills plate frames so I'm not mistaken for a Raiders fan. Hope you and the wife enjoy your truck for...
Driving from Buffalo, NY area to Lancaster, Pa. for nephew's engagement party Saturday after Thanksgiving. Then on to Atlantic City with my kid sister, his Mom. Back to WNY first of the week-all told, roughly 1000 miles. Mav is 2.0 EB, Iconic Silver XL, Truxedo soft tonneau, splash guards...
Have Truxport on order for my Iconic Silver XL, 2.0 EB, along w/ Ford splash guards, window air deflectors, smokers kit. Tonneau to ship 10/20-22, truck is at dealer lot, awaiting arrival of Ford
accessories; dealer will install tonneau and the rest, anticipate taking possession by 11/10-like a...
