I wouldn't even consider it if it gets much more expensive. Part of my reasoning to buy it was to avoid wearing out my 1/2 ton that requires minimum 50k to replace. Once it nears the same price point, the mpg vs. the added utility of a full size doesn't pencil out. At that point I'd just get rid...
I was honestly a little disappointed that the Maverick got the old style glued on looking keypad instead of the new hidden keypad like the wife's Bronco Sport. Better than not having it but sure looks better hidden on the pillar.
I use it all the time.
I leave keys in my vehicles when parked at home. When I remote start in the winter it locks the doors. Beep boop and I'm in.
The vehicles with keyless stuff if I'm with the wife we just have one key in her purse. If I go out to the car I just let myself in without...
The only thing I wonder as to why Eruption Green isn't an option is to extend the lifespan of the color at the factory. If you use it on both Maverick and Bronco Sport at the same time, you've got say two years before it's played out on both models and they have to swap everything out. If you...
That was one of the reasons I nearly went with an access cab Tacoma instead. In the end MPG and price win out over a slight decrease in functionality. I could go for a super cab Maverick with a 6'5" bed as well. If my sideline business picks up anymore and the Maverick becomes strictly a work...
That would be an awesome combo. I think they could at least offer the XL as is with the 1.5 engine. Just make it so it can't even be optioned with a hitch and they'd be a great around town work rig. If they offered it with single cab and longer bed I'd be first in line to order.
I've got a bronco sport in eruption. Love the color more everyday. Don't get me wrong I like the Atlas blue that I have, but I'm a green fan. Hell maybe in a couple years I'll just paint my '23 and call it good.
I was really considering it if they optioned Eruption Green. Especially if they allowed power rear slider in the lower trims. No green option, even less features available, I'll keep my '23 and be happy.
Must be an issue at the factory. I found a random screw laying in the bed of mine the day after I bought it. Finally noticed a missing screw on the 3rd brake light housing. Went to put it back in and it just spun in place. Made the dealer look at it and there was no clip behind it to hold the...
I bought two Iron Flask 20 Oz. Bottles on Amazon and they fit perfectly and keep ice overnight so far. I need to measure the rear doors and see if they make one that'll fit them as well.
I got 10 year/150k through my dealer for $2800. On a new model somewhat cheaply built vehicle something worth $2,800 is bound to go wrong in 150k miles.
Great numbers for towing a wind sail. That's still about 10 mpg than I'd get in my full size. I was averaging about 26.5 on mine with a full tank of short 1 mile trips. I enabled eco mode and eco coach on mine. Same trips I'm up to 29.5 but that's likely due more to using the coach to watch my...
