Iām planning do do a little diy upgrade to my grille. Installing a light bar at the very top to kinda make it look like the F150s lightning style if you can picture it.
You guys can check out more photos here Maverick Maeve of my ongoing build! I'll be posting more about the racks I've used and all the new upgrades for my ultimate off road machine.
Hmm I wouldn't know since I don't have a tonneau cover. I can also recommend the Yakima Outpost. It's a clamp style setup. I sold it since it was too high for my needs though. Otherwise solid rack.
I did 30. Though I was advised by many people to go around 25 but I did just fine. It also depends if the road was complete deep sand. If driving on a beach Iād def make it lower.
No 4K. I wish I did because of the front hooks which could come in handy but oh well. I have a level. Personally anything higher would look silly given that itās a small truck with a narrow body which with a higher lift make it narrower.
I didn't take the route in red though I did the loop at the end of the green. I read that there wasn't anything exciting in terms of scenery or the road so I left. Have you taken it?
The exact roads I took? Possibly. I've been doing a bit off off roading for a few years so you'll need to know where to go and when to stop by knowing your rig. And have the equipment and knowledge to get yourself out of deep sand or stuck over some rocks, etc. I did the Geology Tour and a place...
Check out more photos here Maverick Maeve. Took my Mav finally for a little off road drive at Joshua Tree since I installed the 245 70 KO2s and the lift kit. I had considered getting 245 75s but these will definitely need trimming and I didnāt want to make those alterations plus those wheels...
Like new Cooper Discoverer All Terrain All Season tires. Size 245 65 17. DOT 0521, only few month old. Basically at full tread I only drove with these for about 4/5 months. So theyāre like new take offs from my 2022 Maverick and Iām upgrading to bigger tires so no longer need these.
Pick up in...
