  1. If they made a full EV Maverick, would you buy, switch? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

PHEV would be perfect for me. 100 miles is all I would need for my commute. Drive to work….plug it in….drive home….drive to work….plug it in. Then having a 500 mile range as a hybrid…that would be lovely
  2. Refusal to buy after order arrives

Funny I have seen on this forum no deposit, $500, $1,000 and higher. My dealer required $100 fully refundable. Seems funny only $100… doesn’t seem like it is worth the hassle.
  3. Growing beard until delivery.

Is that a 2022 order customer that is getting pushed to a 2023 that really means a 2024?

  6. Why I am leaving the Ridgeline

Honda fan here and we have a CR-V in the family. They make great vehicles and I am sure the Ridgeline is fantastic. However I just can’t get past the looks. Don’t know what it is but it has never grown on me. The Maverick can’t come close to performance of the Honda…..and realistically the...
  7. What would you do? Offered more for my Maverick than I paid for it

As others have posted after having some experience with your current vehicle what would you do differently? Configuration? Color? If you want a change then go for it….you will be getting a year newer vehicle exactly the way you want it. I am getting pushed to 2023 and during my wait for my...
  8. šŸ—“ 2023 Maverick ordering now starts SEPTEMBER 15 (not August 2)

The Blue Oval Bootlickers are strongšŸ™ƒ. I have owned 3 Fords. Two were good (not great) and one not so good. Putting an order in for a hybrid Maverick was a leap of faith. My father in law has the gawd awful Cmax but the hybrid system seemed solid so I figured what the heck…..keep it through the...
  9. šŸ—“ 2023 Maverick ordering now starts SEPTEMBER 15 (not August 2)

$hit show is right. Delays happen….get it. But wow. At this point that Blue Oval has proven it is being misleading its customers by not communicating or is totally incompetent. I really haven’t had the desire to contact Ford as other have and navigate through their broken system….but really...

  11. Ford CEO Responds to Price Markups

Small thing but I notice vehicles from Texas and other states with the dealer logo (sometimes more than 1) on the paint and license plate frames. In California that simply doesn’t happen. License plates yea but that’s it. Sorry for the sidebar…..please continue with more important discussions šŸ‘

25 mpg would be tempting. The Trail Boss really is great looking inside and out. Nicely done by GM
  15. New Colorado 2023 revealed

True however Toyodor has something the Blue Oval will never catch up to. Looooong track record of building reliable vehicle across their entire line. Not being first to market and one step behind the latest innovation is very Japanese. They take their time to do things right.

That is actually a really cool tailgate idea / design. As for as the comparison to the Maverick…..ok. However what interests most people about the Maverick is the hybrid powertrain. For people like me that need a commuter with a bed it is a slam dunk.
  17. 2022 FORD MAVERICK OWNERS AMONG MOST SATISFIED IN SEGMENT

Settle down there sport. Ford communicating ā€œthere are delays stay tunedā€ us useless and annoying.
  18. 2022 FORD MAVERICK OWNERS AMONG MOST SATISFIED IN SEGMENT

The Blue Oval is strong in you :) There is an old customer service method that works. Over communicate, under promise and over deliver. Not that hard to say your original order could be delayed XX and we will update you in YY
