Replaced the wireless dongle and still fails to connect. Plugging the phone directly into the truck does not launch Android Auto. Only going into the phone settings on the infotainment screen and then disconnect/reconnect the phone works to launch it. I'm starting to think that an upgrade push...

It's a spare. If it fits on the axle and has some tread and holds air, it's doing a good job...better than the tire that it temporarily replaced.

Interesting that the least-recalled cars are all the higher-end makes. I guess you DO get what you pay for.

It may not be available any longer: search on the forums for an alternative mirror (I recall seeing someone who installed a different mirror with the HomeLink).

I've never seen so much rage for a spare tire...it's a bit worrying, though I admire the colorful descriptions of the original spare: very creative. Mine came with a full size spare but I did get a 4-way that will allow me enough torque to break the lug nuts loose...I don't expect to use it much.

Yes Yes, it's a bit quieter when the gas engine kicks in...but not whisper-quiet. Worth the cost, though, to me.
