My dealership had two orders in November left, one was hours before mine. It got a vin number and scheduled. Mine was scheduled but they stopped giving vins. So now we are hoping for next week getting a vin. Not sure if it will be rescheduled or not.

Went from aftermarket to Ford parts for 20+ years myself. This is very common. Not just Ford. Used cars from various other manufacturers do this as well.

I have a Maverick Lariat coming, eventually! I have speakers coming for it but I would like to have all the pigtails for them so I don't have any problems. I do not have the upgraded stereo. I have read a bunch of the write ups on stereos. But which ones for the tweeters, front doors, rear...

anyone know about the pigtail for any of the speakers? Would like to get the correct ones and keep it looking good so no problems down the road.

Any idea when the best day or time is to call and see if and when your Maverick gets scheduled? I was informed by my dealership that mine was going to be built but ford has not showed anything yet!

We did copper at our dealership. Had a good crimp on it and done! No problems. Again about 5 minutes!

it’s just a simple take the non connected piece out and replace it with an eyelet and crimp it on. Replace the heat shrink as well. It takes less than 5 minutes!

for all the ones you see on here having problems there are more not having the problem. We had one come in our shop last week and it was a simple fix. I know we have sold over 10 hybrids and only one come back for it that isn't bad.

that is done correct. I know it isn't pretty but it has been done correctly. I watched them do it to a brand new one yesterday right off the truck and was floored at Ford's fix!

No It has to be performed at the dealership. At the yards it's just a parking lot nobody is certified there to do anything other than park the vehicles and watch over them.
