I had a very similar situation happen to me, the GM told me to be patient and he would take care of me, he never did. I hope that doesn't happen to you, but maybe him asking you to be patient is hoping you'll go away. If you're not getting regular updates, you may want to consider legal action.
That sounds very frustrating, I don't understand why Ford doesn't hav3 some type of procedure in place to escalate and resolve these type of problems, hopefully it will get resolved.
I have Cactus Gray, trying to switch to Area 51, I like both, but I think I might like Area 51 a little more, but I won't be too sad if it doesn't happen. I would really like to get Avalanche Grey, but that's only available on the Tremor package.
