Did you go in and order from them? There should have been a contract at that point. I contacted ford and they said the dealer can do whatever they want because it is their truck until you pay for it. There are still none on lots here and the used are selling way over msrp.

I will second fcnrwy's answer. If you watch the screen it will eventually say "usb drive name" detected. I am usually at the end of the street before it catalogues it, so when I make the turn i see that Goose was detected and I know I am locked and loaded :D
