Honestly at this point I think it would be much better if Ford just stopped releasing new Maverick Models, concentrate on fulfilling orders, even if it takes a couple of years(This has already been proven). Then when the supply issues get fixed, they can release new Models.

yea ain’t we all aware. But people who ordered 23xlt hybrids on opening day are getting theirs. So it can’t be just they fact that Covid destroyed the world’s infrastructure system.

Well to be fair I haven’t gotten a lot of updates from my sales manager because he was in a pretty bad car wreck. Saw it on our local news. I believe he is still out on medial. The dealership is in a small town where everyone knows everyone
So when I placed my 23 order, my dealer made a screw up and clicked save instead of submit. After going back and forth they have transferred my order to a dealer allocation if I am understanding them correctly.
This explains why when I call ford they can not find my order.
With that being...
I’m just praying that someone at my dealer cancels their order so that way he can switch it out with my 23 order because he thought he clicked submit and instead he clicked saved.

No they can still submit it. I have independently confirmed that. It is just because of the hybrid shortage, they can’t click the button.

I talked to Ford Chat today and they can not find the order. I posted a separate thread about the issue. Dealer claims an IT glitch prevented him from submitting it on time but today supposedly the issue was resolved.
Update: After long phone conversations, here is the BS I got from my dealer.
When I went to order my 23 Model Opening day, He clicked on Send Order, and the button would not work, he contacted his ford rep, ford IT support, and other reps in an attempt to solve the issue. The issue went past...
I still have not received any kind of email from ford since I went to my dealer and placed an order ON OPENING DAY!!!! Last time I talked to him he said he reached out to his ford rep and the rep is “doing everything he can to get my order into the order bank”.
