Thank you! I didn't know what the name of the feature was. Seems like an XLT+ Lux will get me very close to the feature set of my 2024 lariat. I realize I will lose the speakers/adaptive cruise/windshield as well as a few other features but AWD, Sync-4, wireless apple car play is more important.

Forgive my ignorance while I learn to read these price sheets. Can anyone confirm is the 2025 XLT will have door handles that unlock when you put your hand into the handle? I feel like that is a Lariat feature only....

As others said, it's a play on words. When referencing animals associated with the word maverick, it is more than likely referring to a cow/calf not a horse. Ford has clearly used horse terms for other cars. IMHO, Ford used the name Maverick because this truck is a very different vehicle...

If you don't have the 24 yet, I'd just get the 25. The screen and wireless car play is enough for me. To be completely honest, I'm playing with the idea of down grading from a 24 Lariat to a 25 XLT to get the features that work best for me and none of the extra that isn't bettering my experience.
