I hear you. Also my first custom order. I too put my reservation in the very first day, but wasn't able to actually submit an order until my dealer told me they "opened up" in mid-July. I signed the sales order, they took my drivers license. But they obviously never submitted my email...

I made the switch! Figured since if I've got to wait a few more months for my hybrid I might as well get something fun.

That's the danger of giving us all this time to wait and wait and wait! I've been holding the line on Oxford White since June, figuring it would look very much like a "truck." But my wild side is now screaming Cyber Orange. Reminds me a bit of my old Schwinn Stingray Orange Krate...

It's kind of becoming a game now: "The Part is Right" (or not). My dealer said I was "on hold" because of the mud flaps. Of course I had asked him to remove those two weeks ago, but... I have now removed those AND the spray in bed liner. I'll take care of that later, and can live without the...

Nada on my XLT hybrid. Last week dealer said they checked, and my order is "on hold." Had them remove flaps and bedliner. On a bright note I did test drive a Santa Cruz today. Liked it a lot!
