No I purchased the factory harness from Ford. I didn’t want to cut or splice anything.

Yes I am too! I bought the harness knowing that it would prevent me from having to splice wires. I did get my arm caught in the tailgate trying to pull the harness through the same way the old one was.

I just did this tonight with the parts described here. Very easy mod although I temporarily got my hand caught in the tailgate.
