Mine is due to be built this week and estimated arrival is third week of February. My south Louisiana dealer told me it will probably sometime in March based exactly on what you stated above.

This will be my first truck owned. Had no need for one plus my father had an F-150 I could use. With Ford getting rid of all cars besides the mustang, I felt this was then best option rather than switching brands. Just about all my vehicles have been Fords.
