edit, since yours says 10/31, and the plant is down 11/7 week my guess is you will be built 11/15 day. Maybe 11/14 since it looks like 11/4 is a low unit Day, maybe to run some gaps in the line for maintenance

Then your time is running out, find a credit Union or a bank who is better on rates and refinance out of the dealer loan in the first 30 days so the dealer gets charged back and loses any kick back on the loan they made by screwing you. Do onto others as they have done to you.

In production means it was sent to the plant from scheduling. Do you mean 10/26 was your build day? Mine went “into production “ on the 26th for an 11/3 build day, and my sticker just came up 10/27.
