Chat worked for me (no e-mail going on 48 hrs). Took ~5 mins once I got someone (~20 mins). Would love to know, from those who ordered a MY22 but got no e-mail then: How did you get updates to know when yours got scheduled, built, & got delivered (assuming it did)?

It's been over 24 hours for me. Reputable dealer who's confirmed twice that they put it in, got the paper with my order on it, order number, etc. Would feel a lot better with that e-mail, though.

I'm in the same boat. Got the order sheet from my dealer this morning. Order sheet said it went in at 11:30 a.m. Eastern. Didn't get the e-mail. Contacted them to confirm. They said the order was definitely entered. But, still no e-mail 8 hours later. Worried & would definitely feel much better...

Got my order in (maybe?). Anyone know if "Retail" at the top should be a concern? Haven't gotten the email from Ford, yet. Just want to make sure no mistakes were made when the order was entered and also don't want to bother the dealer any more than I already have. I know they're swamped.

Opening order banks only for Ecoboost doesn't make a lot of sense. Even if I wanted a Hybrid, I could put in my Ecoboost order today (assuming the order banks open), then just switch my original order to Hybrid once those orders open, keeping the original order date. Doesn't mean they won't open...
