I keep wondering why a faulty headlight switch that drained your 12V battery would kill your engine. Am I missing something? If your Mav was running, wouldn't the high voltage battery handle everything? The 12V mostly just starts your engine.
I joined a Take 5 car wash last year. They charge the price of one wash and you can go as many times as you want, multiple vehicles. If you go through more than twice in a day, they have to manually let you through. They even remind you if you haven't been in for a few weeks.
Wow! That Maverick gave it's life for you! Couple of weeks and a new pair of pants and you will be right as rain. That was a bad wreck you walked away from, even better getting out before the fire.
Gas is now 3.29 a gallon. It may be higher, since i haven't left the house today, I haven't gotten 40 mpg on my hybrid, but it is usually 38 or so. I guess your answer lies in how you drive. If you drive 50% on the highway, or drive like you stole it, get the Tremor. If you do a lot of city...
Y'all watch commercials? I stream almost everything just to avoid them. I pay extra to avoid them. If I get stuck with them, they are usually a drug I should ask my doctor about, then we laugh about it.
My connected services expired in January and the only thing I have found that doesn't work is navigation. I turned off Alexa the day I got it, so that was never used. I use Android Auto and Google maps and don't miss Ford navigation. Voice commands still work and occasionally come on for no...
I don't have that problem at this time, but will again in the future. My black Lab would put her front paws in the floorboard of my F-150 and turn around an look at me and wait for me to help her. She went on trips with me for almost 15 years, and I miss her, too! There is not enough room for...
Like the OP, I never used it and didn't want it. I never got any ads on my Infotainment system for it, though. I also don't want AM/FM. I use my phone and usually listen to audio books. Occasionally, I will use YouTube Music, all wirelessly. I used the USB back on my 2014 F-150 and many...
We have deterrents here. Cats! They keep mice and rats away. Squirrels haven't been an issue, except getting into my wife's bird seed. Of course you will have a cat sitting in the middle of your hood!
Beware using this at a slow drive through. My 2025 has a ti.e limit on it and will release the brake with no warning! I almost ran into the car in front of me! The second time it released I almost rolled past the pickup window! The third time, well there wasn't a third time, because I don't...
My subscription stopped last week and the only thing I noticed was no Ford maps. I had Alexa turned off, because Bezos wants to track everything and record your conversations! if I lose remote start, I will pay, but I don't need all the other stuff.
Wouldn't mind having a large Generac, but I don't think have natural gas and would require a large LP tank. It was impossible to get propane during our winter storm, so I would have been in the same boat. As soon as I get internet back, I will begin researching house battery backup that could...
I got my notice last week. My parking brake engages automatically when I park on a slope. At my house, it has to be turned off manually or the truck doesn't go.
I gave up remembering to switch to Eco and just use normal! It was one of my complaints on my one year review to Ford that will have no effect on my truck or future trucks. Probably should have just deleted the email. They have shown no interest in changing!
