Before I found the Maverick, I was shopping for an "affordable" two door work truck, and they didn't make the Colorado and 2 door, which pissed me off, so I was stuck looking at Silverados with two doors.

The 23s are nicer than the 25s if the trim is the same, but I would try to haggle the used seller down and always always always get a pre purchase inspection by a trusted mechanic.

They have about a years supply on lots if that tells you anything. But this is commonplace across the whole car market. Everything is crap features and high prices and not selling. I do see a lot of mavericks lately though so some of them are selling

They have to go back to mechanical gauges. It is tried and true and there was nothing wrong with them. Car designers trying to be cutting edge and overshooting useful and reliable in their quest
