Has anyone done the math on the total number of mavericks so far (all years)? I know there's a lot of knowledge here and a few searches didn't lead anywhere.
Wanted a Maverick since they came out. Eventually was forced to trade my 2013 Mustang GT for a low mile Tacoma. It was way more truck than I want or need. Happy with the new Maverick, hard not to miss the Mustangs!
Good news
Bad new
Bad news, mine did the same then the production date changed again 10 days later.
Good news, it was built and shipped 10 days later and delivered 9 days after that.
You're getting close.
I suspect Mikell meant 45 days.
I received a conformation email within 30 minutes of ordering my Maverick over the phone with no deposit. I did go through a big dealership that has a salesman dedicated to Maverick sales.
It was at sticker which was fine with me after the stories I've heard. Until there are trucks sitting on the lot, I don't think you'll find a lot of dealers selling under MSRP.
Leif Johnson Ford in Austin. Ask for Leo Light. I ordered a Lariat FX4 over the phone with no deposit. Very good communication. Sold it at sticker when it arrived.
On my 2013 Mustang GT I got an inexpensive 5 year plan. 5/25000. Before it expired, I had 3 issues warrantied that added up to $3800, My plan was $900. The issues we the retractable shade for the glass top, head unit, drivers power seat motor.
Mine did the same before it shipped. 3 weeks ago. Once it switched to shipped it took 9 days to get to Austin. So surreal, I brought home my custom ordered Maverick today. Good luck, hope we've turned the corner.
Leif Johnson turned out awesome. So grateful Leo Light picked up the phone on July 17. So smooth and no pressure. I bought the truck straight up and they still offered me a Granger like ESP warranty price. Leo drives Mavericks, call him.
I think for every complaint on here there are 100 that had a smooth process. How many freaking "does the tracker work" threads do we need? I knew what I was in for and chilled. What do you know the trucks here.
I had a bad experience at Covert also. I called to check out a Ranger. When I showed up, I couldn't get anyone to make eye contact too help me. I ended up buying a Tacoma from Carmax and they were great. I've also worked with Maxwell Ford on the Motor mile and don't have any negative feedback...
I agree. If it's the brand the dealer is selling and the warranty is through the brand, it's not a good look for your business to turn it down simply because you didn't personally make the sale. You have the potential to gain a future returning customer- carpe the diem.
I work in the bicycle...
