If you are tired of waiting for emails try Ford chat. I did and nothing for me this week. Order received but nothing else. Just have your sales code and order code, you should be good to go and this will keep you from refreshing your email every 10 seconds.

I like the fact that it is removable. I did not know that before watching the video. Most times the tool box would come in handy, in other situations it would be in the way. Nice to know it is easy to remove.
Wow, you did get lucky! I guess there is some hope for us Jan orders. I dropped the tonneau cover And swing tool box from my order last week. My dealer said they can get them in 3-5 days so I will just order the extras from them.
Are you using your insurance or theirs? I prefer to use mine for anything that happens even if it is not my fault. I feel like they look out for me instead of someone else's insurance looking to cut a corner and save a buck. Could all be in my mind tho, but I've used mine 3 times for accidents...
Yes, this is VERY smart. At first the damage to ours was around $10,000 then they found more wrong and it ballooned to $17, and that would have been another 7K that I didn't have.
