If they were missing, then no need to lie. They are aware of the high number of parts, easy to miss a part, and had no issue with sending me the missing ones that should have come in the TS Rail box.
I called Truxedo today, and told them about missing bolts. I only got 16 1" T-bolts with Rack, along with 8 -1 1/4" bolts for a different application. Found out there should have been 8 bolts with TS Rails in separate box. They are shipping me more. Real nice to deal with, and rack is great!
We had it in the house for quite a few years. Wears like iron, even with four dogs and a couple of cats. Got new, much plusher carpet so I have a lot of scraps to use.
Did you have the missing bolt issue? I see you also put on the tie downs. Basically, I was missing 8 shorter bolts, had to use longer ones on crossbars with my own nuts.
You can easily drill a couple of holes at a height that will allow tri-fold to fit. The vertical bars are slimply slide-in and could get any number of heights if wanted. I'd actually like to cut the bars so that they sit lower, below cab height, but I have a rolll-up, so no restrictions. I may...
I live near Seattle. Boeing used to have a surplus store where you could get all kinds of things, from slightly used drill bits, slightly bent C-clamps or carpet etc. They donated to a theatre I designed at, but theatre went under and I got 4 rolls of 12' x 30' carpet from the shop when we had...
I had ordered the center console bins from Muslogy and when I put them in, they didn't fit well, kind of fell in too far. I contacted Muslogy on MTC and was told they were aware of the issue and would sent me newly designed set. Got them today, and they fixed the issue and work well.
Thanks...
I just finished installing the Elevate Racks on my Lariat. Racks are excellent, well made. Went together well with a few minor bugs. First there are about 100 separate parts if you count washers and nuts, etc. Second, the instruction manual was not as well made, some wrong parts size...
So my weather app finally shows the Sat 2/18 meet-up. Looks like 45° and cloudy, but not rain. Of course by the time I'm done typing this it will have probably changed. o_O
I forgot they use play money. :)It does say 715 kilometers, or 444 miles. But still I think this is about 10 over MSRP, even with added tonneau and cp360. I can't price a 22, but 23 prices out base at 24.
Nothing exciting, went to the dump. I was only one there and 4 workers came to check out the truck. I take my own garbage, less than once a month, no weekly trips dragging cans down drive. My cost equals about 1 month service pickup, but I only go about 7 times a years.
BTW, I got "Bear...
I drove cross country on tour for over 15 years, but that mileage would be about 16 trips, (6000 miles) from CA to Maine and back, more than once a month. That's a lot of driving. Took me 3 days to cross one way, driving 10-12 hours a day. No matter what math you do, this guy spent a lot of seat...
