I agree, the fuel economy on the EB 2.0 AWD has really exceeded my expectations. I have an hour long commute with 2000 feet of elevation change. I am very mindful of my speed and keep it around 73-75 MPH and have been averaging 32 MPG. I use 87 octane, which in Colorado is "mid-grade".
Mine only came with the shrink-wrapped manuals inside a paper Ford envelope. No sort of folio. I think it's just a cost savings (read: profit) measure on Ford's part.
It didn't bother me much since I've never had to look at a manual more than a handful of times. :)
Long time lurker, first time poster :) I just want to say you all have an incredible amount of patience. I cannot imagine waiting as long as many of you have for your orders.
