I like the Baja Brown. It reminds me of the Arizona Beige of my Ranger.

Yeah buddy, I spent one Pa. winter with no heat in my first VW, and had to defrost the windows on the inside with an ice scraper! 🥶

My guess is a thermal barrier for the electrical components located there. Maybe due to the power rear window or defrost unit.

I like the sound of that, I placed my order on Jan 26, just before the cut off. Went with Velocity Blue Lariat 2WD EB, with absolutely no extras. Didn’t want anything to hold it up.

I just did the same thing. Ordered Lariat with no options added. I didn‘t want anything to hold up the build. Most things can be added after delivery.

I don’t think it looks that bad with the Velocity blue. That’s what I ordered 2 days ago.
