  2. 2025 Hybrid - Potential Battery Drain?

Do you use the Ford pass app? Do you use remote features? Have you checked the battery voltage? After about 1.5 years, we get the "remote features disabled" message from the Ford pass app every day no matter how much we drive.. However, the truck has never failed to start. Except for the Ford...
  3. Brake issues @ 4 MPH

The equivalent price to my lease was about $27K for my 2018 Clarity. Honda got the benefit of the government incentives since it was a lease. I had an upper model (Touring), so I can't imagine what happened by 2021 to have models at $59K.
  4. Brake issues @ 4 MPH

I got the Clarity on a leasing deal, so the equivalent price was less than I paid for my Lariat Maverick.
  5. Brake issues @ 4 MPH

I had a Honda Clarity plug-in hybrid. The brakes on that car were indistinguishable from pure hydraulic brakes. Honda figured out how to do this. Ford has obviously not.

This should be covered by the 5 yr 60000 power train warranty.
  7. Deep sleep mode

In my experience it doesn't matter how much the truck is driven. Once mine started getting deep sleep messages, the battery was never fully charged no matter how far the truck was driven. This issue is due to either bad batteries or a problem with the battery management system.
  8. First Deep Sleep Notification

Deep sleep is not just a mode. It is an indication of a problem. The battery voltage is below normal. My truck(2022 hybrid) had no issues for over a year. Now get deep sleep messages on Fordpass every day. Battery voltage is about 11.7v all the time when not charging. It doesn't matter how often...
  9. Very Low Speed Driving Hybrid Weirdness

I have this problem also in my hybrid. It is obviously a problem due to switching between regen braking and hydraulic at very low speeds. I have adapted to this, but it is still annoying. I had a Honda hybrid and the braking was indistinguishable from regular hydraulic braking - so it is...
  10. Double horn beep

The car is definitely not running when this happens. I tried leaving the car when it is running and I get a visible warning but no horn beeps. The horn beeps happen when I open the door after shutting down the car.
  11. Double horn beep

I sometimes get a double horn beep when exiting my hybrid Lariat/Lux. Does anyone else get this? What is this trying to tell me?

I just received a Carsify wireless adapter. I have only had it for a day but it setup easily and seems to work well. 15. Odd Brakes in Hybrid Maverick

I have noticed this behavior on my Maverick which was just built in April. Brakes on a previously owned Honda plug-in hybrid were much smoother.
