Taking my bike to a race, hauling my music gear to a gig or my hockey bag to the rink. I love my Maverick! 2500 miles so far. Still not used to a/c controls though.
Husqvarna introduced their 125 in 1972 same year as Monark. It was the Honda Elsinore followed by the other Japanese companies that made all the European 125’s fade. Lower price and great technology. The European companies could not keep up.

ln 1972-1974 the Monark was considered one of the top bikes in its class. The Japanese invasion especially the Honda Elsinore at half the price killed off the European 125 market.
So far 3 tanks worth of gas on my Lariat ECO. All city miles. Onboard gauge says 24.7 mpg using regular. My first road trip is next week Boise to Reno 422 miles. Will I make it on a full tank is my goal.
