Bought my 2022 EB 1st edition 1.5 years ago used. Joined this forum in the 1st week and saw the posts about underfilled PTUs so in the 2nd week had ALL the fluids/filters changed. PTU RDU, tranny flush, brake fluid, coolant deep clean, full syn oil and filter, air and cabin filters changed...
And the weirdest thing is I live in a county in Az that doesn't even require an emissions test. But the other county that our primary house is in..does...And I just checked the emissions requirements for Washington state and they don't have emissions tests...Which ended Jan 1, 2020...
Trust me..you got whiplash. You may chaulk it up to just soreness but hit that hard....This is from an old timer that's been in several rear enders depending your age..You're gonna feel it sooner or later. I would highly suggest you get a full workup to make sure....
Nope..I think you're incorrect...Tranny flush, coolant flush and radiator pressure cleaned and tested, brake fluid changed, full syn oil change, oil and cabin filters changed and PTU/ RDU changed...All work is recorded and provided upon request and car fax reported to....Oh and, or course, tire...
For all you diy' ers...When I 1st bought my 22 EB 1st edition lariat I took it to my mechanic and had them do a complete fluid change/flush including the RDU/PTU. Cost was $750.00 but this ol man is just too old to be doing it all myself..Just a post to let you know how much you save by doing it...
I have a 2022 Lariat 1st edition that I bought used a year and a half ago. I have the factory rims that are 17". I wanna go to 18's but don't wanna spend the money on new rims
3 weeks ago I had 28 2 cubic ft bags of soil for my raised beds loaded and drove up from 5k ft elevation to 7700k ft elevation with no issue at all in my 22 EB no tow pkg. And honestly was surprised at the minimum squat..Didn't take pics
