Got mine through the dealer after delivery but rolled into final price. $650 premium. They did a fantastic job prepping so that all the threads and drain holes are all clean as a whistle. A must-have in one of the rust capitals of the Country of Buffalo NY.

Replaced a 2012 Forester. Which really was a fantastic vehicle that I had little regrets owning for most of it's life (bought off a standard lease turn in). 2 qualms with the Forester. It was a frigging rusty mess. Worse than my wife's Hyundai Sonata (also replaced). Exhaust was nearly rusted...

I'm not entirely convinced that a significantly larger and nearly double the price truck is competition for the Maverick. It's a wholly different vehicle. Sure, if I was bathing in cash I'd buy one, but I didn't even consider a Taco as a reasonable option.
