We put the same of something similar on our MAV and our RAV. They give a bit of cushion to the arm and elbox, but also protect the armrest from normal wear and tear and dirt.
The PPF seems to have held up [stuck] pretty good for me since installing it in June. I do see one edge by the door where I slip in and out where it's starting to come up.
Also, right under the PPF by the door, at the same time I installed a 4x5 inch piece of peel/stick felt to protect a...
Get them out? No. But FYI, In June, I put a 6X10" strip of PPF on the interior plastic near the driver's seat belt pillar to keep the seat belt and other stuff from scratching the plastic when I get in and out. I also put a similar 6X15" inch strip of PPF on the bottom of the driver's door...
2 squirts of a baby shampoo, like Johnsons and Johnsons, into a quart size spray bottle with water. Spray on a microfiber towel and wipe.
I use this on all my touch screens, dashes, instrument panels, and door panels, etc.,
Yes, been looking at door molding too. Dawn has both a high and a low molding. High is in the response. Seach and you'll find the low if that's what you're looking for. Called them the other day to get more info. Their product [picture] is posted in a number of other seller's links. They seem...
I'm looking at your PPF pattern/install. It looks great! I'm installing my Muslogy Mud flaps today, but the PPF sent is only ~1/2" wide and does not cover the full width of the paint that the mud flap comes into contact with. Plus, it is just a straight 1/2" strip and not contoured like yours...
I agree with GPSMan. On a long drive we usually have our coffee cups, but when we stop for a fast food pick-up and get back on the road there is no where to put our sodas or shakes to continue the drive without having to find somewhere to temporarily ditch our coffee cups. Our Honda van had a...
Not exactly the same, but close, situation. My 2 week old Mav Lariat is replacing our 1980 Toyota Hilux 2WD 5 speed manual transmission pickup with almost 225K miles. It's been one hell of a family project, commuter and high school/college truck for our kids. Like yours, the new Mav won't be...
I would be interested in this answer too. My son lives in a home in a downtown area where the garage doors are extremely narrow. There are many cars, live the Maverick, that won't get in the garage without folding the mirrors.
I needed to replace my 1980 Toyota pickup with something similar in terms of size. I had been hunting for a Maverick for a couple of months that didn't have outrageous dealer markup (ADM). I was seeing prices in CA for ADM anywhere from 3k, 5k, 7.5k, 10k and even 15k. I got so lucky and got a...
