I am also a canceled scheduled MY22. When Ford said they would give us priority over new orders, I think what they meant was : "At some point in the future we will give you priority over some orders"!

Oh Crap!! How many Dealers will say; "we can't change it from 99 to 2" or will wait to do this until Nov 9. Some managers don't even share bulletins with sales staff. Ya, relying on dealers to do this correctly is ignorant and stupid. SNAFU!!

VIN's get issued when you get scheduled. Probably 3 to 7 months. Ford has cut back sending emails (except sorry for waiting) until you get scheduled. All you can do is wait and bug your dealer.

As of now...Your 1st Edition MY22 pushed to Nov.18 should be built. If not, they will not build 1st Editions MY23, by definition it can't be a second year. Your wife's will be canceled and converted to a MY23 order. But Ford has done a lot of weird crap, so who knows.:confused:

Batteries. Yes, there is a world supply shortage, (getting better BTW) but the Maverick factory has been waiting on batteries.

Depends on your Sales Person and if they immediately entered it into the system. I bet thousands were inputted in those last two hours. If you received a Ford Corp. email than you can only wait!

Dealers have to contact different Dept. Managers at Ford Corp. Like the Maverick Brand Manager. Who is really busy.
